Sales on this web site are governed by British law and you agree to submit any dispute to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the British courts. All orders are subject to these terms and conditions, and no amendments will be accepted by us.


At present we can only deliver to EU and USA addresses. We can deliver to most addresses in EU and USA. Please contact us if you require further details. We will only despatch your order after receiving your cleared payment.

Your order will be delivered either by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or by EMS. A signature is required for Recorded Delivery and all courier deliveries. If your order contains more than one product the individual products may, on occasions, be sent on multiple dispatches at no extra charge. Delivery charge is per order, not per item. So the more you buy, the more you save!

Throughout the site, the prices quoted for our products do not include the delivery charge. You will always be able to see the total price of your order and delivery charges before you buy.

Accepting Orders

We are under no obligation to accept your order. When you place an order we will treat it as an offer to buy. If we accept your order, we will send you an invoice and/or confirmation e-mail with instructions how to pay. However, we will be entitled to refuse to accept your order if we feel it necessary, in which case we will e-mail you as soon as we can to let you know.


All prices are in £ sterling and exclusive of delivery charges. Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change at any time prior to acceptance of your order. The buyer or recipient will be liable to all EU/USA Import duties and/or taxes.

Cancellations and Returns

You may normally cancel your purchase if you notify us within 14 days of delivery. If there is a fault or some other defect with your product(s) you may return it to us within 30 days for a replacement or refund. This does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse. We will send you returns instructions.

Your product must be complete, unused, and in 'as new' condition (e.g., if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product in any way). It should be returned in with the original box, packing and accessories. We will then refund the money paid (not including delivery charges.).

Our promise to replace or refund products does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse.

Where goods are refunded due to fault or other defect, we will refund delivery charges.

We cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used. In such circumstances, we will e-mail you that no refund will be available and you will be responsible for arranging for such goods to be returned to you within 30 days of our notification.

Seabuckthorn Plants

We take every care to supply healthy strong plants, but due to circumstances beyond our control such as improper or delayed planting, insufficient care, inappropriate growing conditions, etc. we do not assure the plants will live and grow well for you.
